Nielsen Park Update

As many of you are aware, the Nielsen Park Upgrade was delayed by another 2 months because of a contactor error. I know many of you share my frustration. This just isn’t good enough.

I have written to the Minister seeking a full briefing on the works and assurances that the project would be completed by the end of June.

In response the government has agreed to my request for a meeting between National Parks and Wildlife Services (who are overseeing the upgrade) and local residents. I will update you on the outcome of that stakeholder consultation.
